1. No-Reason Returns & Exchanges

Our products are made from natural materials and handcrafted, making each piece uniquely different.

Non–quality issues (e.g., change of mind, color variation, styling preferences) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
2. Quality-Related Returns & Repairs
If you receive an item with a verified defect, we will gladly arrange a repair or replacement under these conditions:

Inspection window: Notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos or video of the defect.

Review period: We will assess your request within 2 business days.

Resolution: Upon approval, choose between a replacement or repair.

Shipping costs: We cover return shipping for verified defects; you only pay to return for repair.
3. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All hand-carved statues and hand-painted thangkas are fully custom-made by our master artisans upon order confirmation. Due to the personalized nature of these artworks:

No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are accepted once production begins.

Please ensure all details (size, design, inscriptions) are correct before ordering.

If a rare, unforeseen issue arises (e.g., material shortage, artisan emergency), we will contact you to offer a redesign, rescheduling, or store credit, but refunds remain unavailable.
4. Shipping & Delivery

All items undergo strict quality checks before dispatch.

Upon delivery, please inspect packages for damage. If the external packaging is compromised, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
5. Care & Maintenance Notes

Natural-material products (wood, horn, bone, glass, textiles) may exhibit unique markings, color variations, or surface changes over time. These are natural and not defects.

Follow specific care instructions per material type (e.g., avoid prolonged water exposure, keep away from harsh chemicals, store in a dry place).
